Ms. Natalie Snell brings a lifetime of Montessori experience, having grown up in a family-owned Montessori school. From working hands-on in the barnyard to leading as Head of School, her journey reflects a heartfelt commitment to nurturing each child’s unique potential.
Ms. Betty Williams, with 38 years of experience running a respected Montessori school in San Antonio, Texas, continues to enrich our community through her expertise and mentorship, supporting teachers and administrators alike.

Our Montessori School Programs
AT MCDS, we offer school programming from 18 months to Elementary age. Each Classroom has Montessori certified teacher to facilitate our curriculums and provide an authentic Montessori classroom and teaching style.
