Big changes are happening at Montessori Country Day School! We are thrilled to announce a new chapter in our school’s journey as we warmly welcome our new owner Ms. Natalie Snell, an experienced school administrator with a Montessori upbringing and career. Natalie and her mother, Ms. Betty Williams, a long time advocate and Montessori educator as well as a previous Montessori school owner, bring an altogether new and vibrant feel to MCDS!
Ms. Natalie and Ms. Betty’s arrival marks a celebratory moment for our MCDS learning community. With their deep-rooted passion for the Montessori Method and a career dedicated to nurturing the growth and development of children, they bring knowledge, heart, and a powerful vision for the future of MCDS.

Ms. Natalie and Ms. Betty are not just owners of a school. They are empowered women, educators, mothers, and devoted Montessori advocates. Under Ms. Natalie’s guidance, Montessori Country Day School is poised for expansion, not just in the physical space, but in imagination and through opportunities. She has already begun laying the groundwork for enhanced programming, updated learning environments, and extended enrichment offerings that honor the school’s Montessori roots while meeting the needs of today’s families.
From plans for outdoor learning spaces and expanded arts and cultural programming, to deeper support for toddlers through elementary age students, Ms. Natalie envisions a school that grows with the children it serves, and in harmony with Dr. Maria Montessori’s philosophy.
